When
you open the Outlook Express window, the following screen will appear.

Select
Tools on the Menu bar to get the following screen.

|
Click on
Accounts to get the next screen as shown below. |

|
|
Select
the Mail tab and then click on the Add button. (The configuration of
numbers seen on this screen shows that an account has already been
created. Ignore it.) The following screen appears.

In the
Add sub menu, click on the Mail to get the following screen. |

|
|
Enter
your user name in the Display name text field. Click the Next button.
|
 |
|
|
|
|
When the
above screen appears, type your email address and click on the Next button. |

|
In the
above screen, specify the type of mail server - [ Pop3] in the Incoming
mail server text field. Next mention the mail server address -
mail.yourdomainname.com - in the second text field. Type the mail server
address of your ISP in the Outgoing Mail Server text field.

|
Type
your user name in the first text field. Then enter your password in the
second text field. Now click on the Next button.
|
 |
|
|
|
In the
above enter your user name in the text field and click on the Next button.
|
 |
|
|
|
Select
the last option. I will establish my Internet connection manually - and
click on the Next button.
|

|
|
|
Click
on the Finish button and the first screen will appear again. Now click
on Inbox to check your mails.
|
